I'm patting myself on the back

I'm sitting in front of my computer with a hot patch on my right hip. This hot patch is extremely hot! Is that how it works? It distracts me from pain by burning my skin...

Although tonight I got called out a couple of times for not having enough chi, I made it. I trained the full 2 hours with constant stabbing pain and I didn't die. I'm quite proud of myself. I even did a few dreaded 5-kick that gave me this broken hip last week.

Anyway - nothing to say. Just want to brag that I have high tolerance to pain.

  2. I've been told that sometimes it's best to ice which will bring down swelling , arnica tablets and or cream have helped me as well.

  4. jer - how do you do your chiropractor's exercise again? I looked at your comment a while back and tried deep gongbu with back heel off the floor but it was impossible. how do you do such a thing?
